   Recognizing a God Inspired Idea 

   I believe that ideas are like 'golden gates' that bring change. An idea is a thought, that I believe can be planted in our minds by God, that could solve a problem for someone.  The Scriptures speak of 'witty inventions'.  " I Wisdom dwell with prudence, and find out knowledge of witty inventions," Proverbs 8:12.  Think about that. A 'witty invention' is a golden gate to something that will help someone.

     God gives methods for creating wealth and says they are guaranteed to those who will be obedient. " But thou shalt remember the Lord they God: for it is He that gives thee power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He sware unto they fathers, as it is this day," Deuteronomy 8:18.

    Notice that the wealth is for a reason - to establish His covenant. God's covenant being established here on this earth will require funds! When our hearts are right towards God, they will be right in regards to money. The LOVE of money is the root of all evil ( I Timothy 6:10 ).  How many people have read this and misunderstood it's meaning? Money is NOT the root of evil, it's a person's LOVE for it that is. When someone's heart has a great love for money, that person will do anything for it and always justify their actions in trying to get more of it! When we have clean hands and a pure heart we will be able to have money instead of IT having us. 

    In a time when our economy is as uncertain as it is, we should all seek God with all of our hearts to be sure they are pure. God needs people who are sold out to Him, so He can bless them with an abundance not only to pay bills and get by, but to have enough to give to others and further His Kingdom on this earth. Look at what this scripture says and think on it:

2 Corinthians 9: 8 - 12  "And God is able to make all grace (every favor and earthly blessing) come to you in abundance, so that you may always and under all circumstances and whatever the need be self-sufficient [possessing enough to require no aid or support and furnished in abundance for every good work and charitable donation].

    As it is written, He [the benevolent person] scatters abroad; He gives to the poor; His deeds of justice and goodness and kindness and benevolence will go on and endure forever!

    And [God] Who provides seed for the sower and bread for eating will also provide and multiply your [resources for] sowing and increase the fruits of your righteousness which manifests itself in active goodness, kindness, and charity].

    Thus you will be enriched in all things and in every way, so that you can be generous, and [your generosity as it is] administered by us will bring forth thanksgiving to God.

    For the service that the ministering of this fund renders does not only fully supply what is lacking to the saints (God's people), but it also overflows in many [cries of] thanksgiving to God. "
