 Firm Foundations Realty welcomes its newest agent, Lisa Miller.

Lisa graduated from CHS and has been married to her husband, Randy for 22 years .  They have two children and reside in Chesterfield.

"Lisa is coming in to my office new", says Brenda S. Campbell, Broker/Owner, "but she certainly is not new to the public or the business world. Many in Macoupin County will remember her as 'Little Miss Lisa Pettit' who sang for 25 years with 'The Country Four'.  She was manager for 11 years at Rogers True Value in Carlinville and managed Integrated Media for 7 years here in Carlinville, as well.  I feel very blessed to have a woman with such professional skills to join me, but more important she is a woman of faith and will uphold my motto - 'Striving to serve in a Spirit of Excellence'." 

Lisa is active in her church praise and worship team and is currently serving as the church secretary at the First Assembly of God in Carlinville. 

"She's determined," adds Campbell. " She didn't stop at a sales persons licensing, but she went for the Brokers, which anyone can tell you that has taken that test, it's not easy.   When I asked Lisa how she felt about getting started to work she said: " I am eager and ready to make people happy with their home buying and selling experience and want to represent people from Springfield to St. Louis!"

Lisa will be taking her Orientation Classes to become a member of  Capital Area Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and Illinois Association of Realtors which gives her the right to be called a Realtor.  She will be taking Ethics Training through CAAR, as well.

FIRM FOUNDATIONS REALTY ADDS ANOTHER  AGENT 

Firm Foundations Realty just added another new agent this week, September 17, 2008, who is a native of Carlinville, Kathy Borgini.

Kathy is the Daughter of Tondy Dunn and the late Jim Dunn.

She comes from a large family in which 3 of her siblings live in Carlinville: David Dunn, Tricia Nejmanowski, and Anne Boehm. She also has a brother Eddie who lives in Arizona and a brother Tom who is deceased. 

Kathy is a CHS graduate and has been married for 23 years to Don Borgini who is originally from Mt Clare, IL., a  Gillespie High School graduate, and now teaches and coaches football at Gillespie High School. Kathy and Don reside in Carlinville with their 2 daughters, Kaitlin and Kimberly. 

"Since being employed at Blackburn College for the last 13 years as Assistant Director of Financial Aid and previously as an Insurance Agent for Prudential Insurance in Carlinville, I know Kathy has gained extensive knowledge in customer service, is driven and pays remarkable attention to detail.  With Kathy living in Carlinville her entire life,   having a husband who has been a teacher and coach for 27 years, two teenage daughters and her family connections, she has many contacts that would benefit both buyers and sellers.” explains Brenda Campbell, Broker/Owner of Firm Foundations Realty. “I am honored that Kathy chose my office to sell for and look forward to seeing her succeed in this business.”

Kathy will be able to offer full real estate services to her clients as a Realtor for Firm Foundations Realty because of  belonging to the Multiple Listing Service through Capital Area Association of Realtors.  She is now    a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Illinois Association of Realtors which will hold her to a strict code of ethics and arm her with all the necessary updates that are needed in pricing homes to sell, finding the right buyers, locating the right financing options and most of all exposure. Over 600 Realtors from across the area will have access to Kathy’s listings.  "She can show anyone’s property no matter who has it listed which enables her to be the best she can be for her buyers and to give her sellers the most exposure possible by belonging to a Multiple Listing Service," explains Brenda.

A mandatory course on Ethics will be one of the first things Kathy does in the upcoming weeks to get qualified for CAAR, NAR and IAR.  

“As Broker and Owner of Firm Foundations Realty, I will train Kathy to be upfront, honest and ethical every step of the way while making sure that our clients get top notch service. Our clients deserve the very best of service and they depend on us to provide them with the most exposure we can to get their properties sold at top dollar.
