A PATH RUNS THROUGH ANY 'TRYING TIME'
Many people today are
finding themselves in trials and troubled times because of the times we
are living in. Many who were once full of faith have found themselves
doubting and worrying. Faith to get through each day comes by hearing
what God has to say about things. Standing when everyone else is giving
up is not fun or easy. Sometimes it looks like we have come as far as we
are going and we are at the end of the line. Have you ever felt like
you were between a rock and a hard spot? You look forward and it doesn't
look so good, but then if you look back, you dare not turn around! God
wants us to be overcomers in everything we encounter in life. We must
determine that quitting is NOT an option.
Psalm 77:19 says: Your road
led through the sea, Your pathway through the mighty waters - a pathway
no one knew was there. When God was leading the people out of the
bondage they had been in, to bring them in to a place that all their
needs would be supplied, they came to some tough places to cross over to
get there. The person who wrote this Psalm was in a place where he
thought God had turned His back on him. He was questioning why all the
things were happening and all he could see was everything that was wrong
and could see no way out. But then he recalled all that God had already
done for them. He remembered how a path had been opened up that no one
had even seen. This is what we must do, we must recall all the times
that He has made a way when there seemed to be no way and let those
memories of true experiences we have had give us faith to believe that a
PATH is there for us to go THROUGH this hard place we are in even
though we cannot see it right now. Determine that you are going forward.
Stay
around people that are positive and stay away from those who are
negative. Negative people will only make you feel worse and will mess
with your faith. Hang around people who you admire instead of those who
put you down. Remember misery loves company! When you are around someone
for very long, you will pick up their habits. A steady dripping will
eventually wear away a rock. Guard yourself from anything that will
bring you down in your thoughts and emotional well being. The holidays
have a way of bringing depression on people. Try to focus on good
memories and remember that you are making memories every moment of
everyday, so make good memories for someone to recall.
When it comes
to Real Estate, I have this belief: the Creator of every property I list
has a creation that will be blessed with that property. Is it too
difficult for Him to bring the two together? There is a property for
every client, and a client for every property. Remember this - nothing
is too difficult for God, we just need to believe and have faith that
He is making a path through the situation we are in.
Many Blessing to you,
~Brenda~
